Job ID: 3995- Location: Hani i Elezit, Kosovo- Function: Engineering- Full/Part Time: Full Time**Sharrcem, a TITAN Group **company has an excellent opportunity for a **CCR Operator**. The CCR Operator is responsible for the operation of different plant sections from the Central Control Room (CCR). This position ensures compliance with all standards, policies, and regulations for safe, environmentally sound production activities.**Main Responsibilities**- Plant operation and optimizing the process parameters.- Coordination with field people from CCR for smooth operation of the plant.- Measurement of various process parameters along with Shift in-charge- Recording of process parameters and plant log for the respective section- Inspection of specific parameters on regular basis- Perform any extra duties assigned by the Shift in-charge.- Bachelor's degree in Chemical / Electrical / Mining / Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.- Knowledge about cement production and technology is considered as advantage.- Industrial experience especially in cement industry is considered as advantage.- Excellent communication skills.- Able to work under pressure and operate different equipment simultaneously.- Planning, organizing and time management skills.- Good decision Making / Problem-solving ability skills.- Able to give clear instructions about problems, issues and locations.- Safety-minded and team-oriented attitude.- Good knowledge of Computer Skills- English language knowledge is an advantage.
