As a Business Development Partner, you will be responsible to support the Environmental Market with insights and future planning. The key stakeholder for this role is the US Environmental Market Leader to support initiatives related to the Americas Environment Market as well as the Canadian Environment Market as needed.In an ever changing world, it requires creativity and innovation to stay ahead. We're seeking the curious, those who are stimulated by fresh thinking and a desire to shape our communities in new, positive ways.As part of a truly global team, working on complex and rewarding projects, you'll be at the forefront of driving change.Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:Present Activities:Create related case studiesPlanning and team organization to execute projects as neededLanding page content administration/ lead landing page redesignCollaborate in creation and execution and launch of marketing strategyCreate Competency Offering, client presentations, and related marketing materialsPOC for brand trademark processCreate and maintain Project list and Client listAdministrator of Yammer pagesProvide guidance in the creation of the PFAs landing pageFuture Activities:Guide prospective clients through sales funnelLead internal Tech Talks on topics as neededAssist in the development of projectsENV Market Strategy working group:Develop SOQ packages and client presentations for the Environmental market using InDesign, Powerpoint, etc.Create and manage video content for the Environment market's internal and external platforms.Aid in the construction and ongoing management of iConnect's Environment landing page and an Environment Resource LibraryAssist with a cadence of internal reportingConduct market research for different industries within the Environmental sector, generate industry reports, pull insightsBe the POC for all US Environment Workshare team enquiriesTranslate project proposals for the local Chile Environmental Studies teamWhat you will bring to the team:5-8 years' experience providing secretariat and research/insights support to executive teams or advisory committees.Relevant bachelor's qualification in business, arts and/or communications.Proficient and fluent English language is a must.Proven ability with technology-enabled solutions and timely delivery of actions/tasks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in writing, documenting research and in producing accurate and concise minutes and reports.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.Demonstrated analysis and problem-solving capability.A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively within a team.Ability to work in a global role across time zonesProficiency in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.Proven relationship management skills.As a multicultural organization, we encourage individual achievement and recognize the strength of a diverse workforce.
