The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regional markets, business practices, and economic trends, as well as a proven ability to drive business growth and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with clients to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and implement solutions that meet business objectives in diverse sectors. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the MENA region, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored consulting services. Conduct in-depth analysis of regional markets, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities for clients. Develop business strategies that address client needs, including market entry strategies, operational improvements, and digital transformation initiatives. Lead and manage consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of strategies. Analyze current business processes and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency, profitability, and overall performance. Identify potential risks in business operations and recommend mitigation strategies to safeguard client investments. Leverage understanding of cultural and economic nuances in the MENA region to drive successful business outcomes. Lead workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients to support the implementation of proposed strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights. Proven experience in consulting or advisory roles, particularly within the MENA region. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Strong understanding of business strategy, operations, and financial principles. Cultural competency and awareness of regional dynamics in the MENA markets. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with digital transformation initiatives and technology implementation. Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data analytics. Previous experience in sectors like finance, healthcare, or technology is a plus. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
