Purpose of the job We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Project Coordinator to oversee a comprehensive maintenance project for the top 120 rooms across various locations in Chile. The Account Analyst (Logistics) is responsible for managing the repair, production, implementation, and evaluation of maintenance activities, with a strong focus on the quality and visibility of Display materials and Point-of-Purchase (POP) elements. The ideal candidate will have a background in Logistics, being responsible for the quotation process and communication with marketing agencies, ensuring our promotional goods are transported in a quick and compliant manner to different regions within a specific market.
Key Responsibilities Serve as point of contact between our company and merchandising agencies, ensuring clear communication, coordinating activities, and managing relationships to support our merchandising goals. Receive and thoroughly review quotes to ensure their accuracy and completeness. Contact the agencies to request quotes and generate Purchase Orders based on the approved quotes. Maintain a detailed tracking system for all initiatives, including SOE (platform), material, implementation agency, number of rooms, and overall process status. Monitor the progress of quotes, authorizations, and stock verification to ensure smooth implementation. Oversee and coordinate the maintenance project for 120 rooms, ensuring timely and effective repair, production, and implementation. Monitor the execution and quality of Display and POP materials across different chains. nsure that POP materials are in optimal condition and reflect brand standards. Serve as the primary liaison between maintenance teams, the client and HH Global, facilitating communication and ensure alignment between all parties involved in the projects. Demonstrate a proactive approach by seeking solutions before presenting problems. Maintain clarity in communication and offer effective solutions. Work effectively within a team environment, fostering good interpersonal relationships and a collaborative atmosphere. Show a strong willingness to learn, adapt to changes, and handle pressure with composure. Knowledge, Skills +Experience 1-3 years of experience working with key logistics and freight providers in the country Proven experience of working successfully with multiple stakeholder groups and/or locations. Takes responsibility for own actions and works under own initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) including dynamic tables, VLOOKUP, and error handling. Experience with Power BI for status tracking and data visualization. Familiarity with Salesforce at a user level. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for liaising with agencies and managing the quotation process. Flexible approach to daily tasks and workload; Able to quickly understand business priorities and client needs to deliver the right outcomes Multitask person and fast trouble resolution Ability to work on-site at client's office.
